NEW FACES:
Lisa Boyd-Anderson has been named Moscow branch manager for Global Federal Credit Union. A University of Idaho graduate, she earlier worked as a recreational therapist at Sacred Heart Medical Center and spent the last four years in real estate, most recently with Bennett & Associates.
Ross Yearout has joined Coeur d’Alene Greyhound Park in Post Falls as mutuel/money room manager. Yearout retired from International Business Machines after 26 years as a business analyst. He spent three years as mutuel manager for Playfair Race Track and was Playfair’s assistant racing secretary for three years.
Spokane Airports has hired Michael E. Eno as chief of the Spokane International Airport Fire Department. An Air Force veteran, Eno formerly was chief of the Bodega Bay Fire District in Bodega Bay, Calif., where he oversaw 25 career and reserve firefighters/ paramedics.
Chris Johnson has joined the Spokane law firm of Sperline and Associates. Johnson, who is a graduate of Gonzaga University Law School, will focus on real estate litigation and will manage the firm’s builder/developer services department.
MOVING UP:
Kaiser Aluminum and Chemical Corp. has appointed Greg Paolino as manager, metal products and potlining services, at its Mead primary aluminum plant. He will oversee a unit of 155 workers who handle all cast and molten metal products, cathode repair, delivery and distribution of alumina and other materials, and air control systems. Paolino previously was process engineering manager in remelt at the company’s Trentwood mill.
Sacred Heart Medical Center has promoted the following employees:
Dianna Hollingworth was named assistant administrator in human resources for Sacred Heart Medical Center and Holy Family Hospital. She will continue her current human resources/facility management duties at Holy Family, along with this new position.
Dick Riggs is the new director of personnel for Sacred Heart Medical Center. Riggs has worked in the department since 1976 and is the current vice president of the Washington State Healthcare Human Resource Association.
Patrick Clarry was appointed assistant director of personnel for Sacred Heart. Clarry, who has a degree in business administration from Eastern Washington university, has worked at Sacred Heart since 1979.
Gary Burger has been promoted to general manager of the Paver Division at Spokane-based CXT Inc. Kelly A. Enders was named marketing manager of the division.
Michelle Dawson, real estate escrow/closer at the South Hill law office of Sperling and Associates Inc., has been promoted to office manager. Dawson has handled closings at the branch since 1993 and has worked in the escrow/closing field since 1988.
R.W. Robideaux & Co. has promoted Sue Roepker to an account executive in its commercial division.
STARTING UP:
Duane Zink has opened a solo optometric practice in Cozza Optical. Zink is a 1996 graduate of Pacific University College of Optometry.
Mike Noddings has opened Blue Ribbon Home Inspections at 901 W. Shannon in partnership with Don Cunningham, broker-owner of Cunningham Group Inc. Noddings and Cunningham have a combined 45 years of experience in the building trades industry and in real estate home and business sales.
Local art director and designer Marvin Reguindin has opened an advertising, graphic design and desktop publishing business, Marvo & Associates, at 1402 S. Ash. Reguindin spent 10 years in the advertising business in the Los Angeles area before moving to the Northwest in 1990. He worked for ad agencies in Montana, Idaho and Spokane before starting Marvo & Associates.

ACCREDITATIONS:
The laboratory at Sacred Heart Medical Center has been awarded a two-year accreditation by the College of American Pathologists. Pathology Associates Medical Laboratories, a Spokane-based reference laboratory with operations throughout Washington state, also was accredited. The labs together process more than 300,000 tests per month and serve hospitals and physicians from Alaska to Southern California, throughout the Northwest and Midwest.
North Idaho Home Health, Coeur d’Alene, was accredited with commendation by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. This is the highest level of accreditation awarded by the commission. North Idaho Home Health has provided in-home care to clients for 18 years.
CERTIFICATIONS:
Geri Smith has completed a course in insurance replacement appraisal with the Santa Monica, Calif.-based Gemological Institute of America, and was awarded the Institute’s Insurance Replacement Appraisal certificate.
