Officer ‘Assists’ Three Teens Right Into Jail On Theft Charge
Three teenagers were arrested early Saturday while they wheeled an all-terrain vehicle away from a house.
Justin G. Holtman and Jonathan D. Carr, both 18, and Steven E. Worline, 19, were booked into the Spokane County Jail for vehicle theft.
A police officer noticed the three pushing the motorcycle near Government Way about 3:45 a.m. and stopped to ask them if they needed help.
While he was talking to the teens, a man who lives nearby told police the three-wheeled motorcycle was stolen from his house and the three were arrested.
Holtman gave his address as 510 S. A Street. Worline and Carr both said they live at 1224 E. 12th.
