Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Jason A. Barnes - 23, Coeur d’Alene, non-sufficient funds checks, failure to appear/driving while suspended (two counts), willful concealment, contempt for petty theft, $6,585 bond, nine days in jail.

Terry L. Buckner - 33, St. Maries, parole violation/possession of methamphetamine, $12,000 bond.

Dawn M. Fillo - 30, Spokane, parole violation/forgery, $5,000 bond.

Jason L. Gomez - 24, Post Falls, parole violation/possession of methamphetamine, $5,000 bond.

Gary N. Knapp - 42, Coeur d’Alene, non-sufficient funds checks, $2,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Jason N. Hembree - 23, Post Falls, contempt/no driver’s license, $151 bond.

James N. Hill - 37, Rathdrum, contempt/ battery, $201 bond.

John R. Kushman - 26, Spokane, contempt/ driving while suspended, $366 bond.

James W. McAlexander - 31, Athol, contempt/driving while suspended, failure to appear/jail time for driving while suspended, $366 bond, 13 days in jail.

Michael G. Nixon - 21, Post Falls, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $152 bond.

Timothy M. Parker - 41, Spirit Lake, contempt/driving while suspended, $158 bond.

Stephen C. Phillips - 35, Hayden, contempt/driving while suspended, $733 bond.

Kathy L. Robins - 42, Hayden, contempt/ possession of paraphernalia and controlled substance, $149 bond.

Brian E. Shockey - 30, Eden, Idaho, contempt/driving under the influence and driving while suspended, $600 bond.

Allen L. Sperle - 39, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, $200 bond.

Billy J. Thomas - 26, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/battery, $184 bond.

Linda L. Tylenda - 49, Spirit Lake, contempt/inattentive driving, $500 bond.

Clint J. Walker - 37, Post Falls, contempt/ driving under the influence, $622 bond.

Corey C. Willard - 20, Spokane, contempt/ petty theft, $176 bond.

Kristina J. Wilson - 28, Spokane, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $201 bond.

Most warrants can be taken care of by contacting the Kootenai County courthouse and paying an outstanding fine.
