Mr. And Mrs. Shawgo Spokane

Emmett and Lorraine Shawgo, Spokane, recently celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a renewal of vows at the Hitching Post in Coeur d’Alene, where they were married on Sept. 7, 1946.

Hosts for the dinner that followed were their children and spouses: Arlene Shawgo Stromberger of Spokane; and Wayne Shawgo and Roger Shawgo, Newport, Wash.

They have three grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
