Hints From Heloise

King Features Syndicate

Dear Heloise: I remember you once gave a helpful hint in the newspaper about how to get furniture dents out of carpets. Could you please reprint the information? Loretta J. Ban, Spokane

One of the easiest ways to do this is to use ice cubes. Just put an ice cube in each indentation. Let set overnight or until the ice melts. Then blot up any remaining moisture. The last step is to use your fingers or the tines of a fork to gently fluff up the carpet pile. This should do the trick. - Heloise xxxx
