Hints From Heloise

King Features Syndicate

Dear Heloise: I send a great many get-well cards to friends and Sunday school members.

In order to be sure they get to the intended person when they are in the hospital, I always use the recipient’s home address as the return address. If they are able to go home before the card arrives, even if the hospital misses the forwarding address, the card would be returned to the appropriate person.

Several times I had friends tell me that a card reached them by this method and I don’t have to worry about whether they received it or not. - Betty Kolb, Springfield, Mo.

This is a great way to be sure a card finds its way to the right person. Thanks for sharing your hint with us. -Heloise xxxx
