Mr. And Mrs. Christensen Coeur D’Alene

Alvin and Esther Christensen, Coeur d’Alene, will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary with a reception from 2 to 5 p.m., Saturday, at Christ the King Lutheran Church in Coeur d’Alene.

Hosts for the event will be their children and spouses: Lisa and Gary Guillerault, Enfield, Conn.; Alan and Marian Christensen, Bismark, N.D.; Les and Karen Christensen, Wishek, N.D.; Dale and Ann Christensen, Cameron Park, Calif.; and David and Heather Christensen, Post Falls.

The Christensens were married April 12, 1957, in Hazelton, N.D. They have nine grandchildren.
