Mr. And Mrs. Johnson Spokane

Mel and Arleen Johnson, Spokane, will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday from noon to 4 p.m. at the Old Country Buffet.

Hosts for the event will be their children and spouses: John and Pam Johnson, Spokane; Steve and Devra Johnson, Nine Mile Falls; and Sid and Jeannie Johnson, Mead.

The Johnsons were married April 13, 1947, in Vancouver, Wash. They have seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
