Mr. And Mrs. Volland Veradale

George H. and Rita J. Volland, Veradale, celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary Saturday with a reception at the Otis Orchards Community Church.

Hosts for the event were their children and spouses: Carol and Wayne Stewart, Otis Orchards; Linda and Steve Underwood, Newman Lake; Gene and Saundra Volland, Veradale; and Larry and Barbara Volland, Tacoma.

The Vollands were married April 12, 1947, in Spokane. They have seven grandchildren.
