Huskies Row, Row, Row Their Boats To Victory

University of Washington rowers won every event they entered at the Washington State-Washington-Stanford-Gonzaga regatta on the Snake River, near Wawawai Landing, Wash.

Washington’s women won the Varsity 8, Varsity 4, Junior Varsity 8, Junior Varsity 4 and two Novice 8 races.

The Huskies men won the Varsity 8, Junior Varsity 8, and Novice 4 and 8 races.

Temperatures were in the low 50s. Choppy waters meant frequent bailing. The regatta was the only one WSU will host this year.
