Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Kenneth H. Cotter - 34, Rathdrum, felony driving while suspended, $5,000 bond.

Patrick J. Harrington - 29, Athol, battery with intent to commit serious felony, contempt/ driving while suspended, $5,366 bond.

Jeffrey R. Hjort - 31, Otis Orchards, Wash., eluding, driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $5,000 bond.

Martin A. Schorzman - 37, Harrison, parole violation/injury to a jail, $1,000 bond.

William R. White - 46, Medical Lake, Wash., grand theft, $5,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Dale A. Beick - 32, Spokane, contempt/driving while suspended, $218 bond.

Linda S. Davids - 32, Post Falls, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $234 bond.

Victorio J. Elwell - 21, Moscow, contempt/battery on an officer, trespassing, $382 bond.

Robert A. Gutzman - 24, Spirit Lake, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $84 bond.

Corie M. Hopp - 24, Spokane, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $151 bond.

Varsel M. Jarnagin - 19, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/minor in possession of paraphernalia, possession of fireworks, $132 bond.

Linda M. Jensen - 50, Otis Orchards, Wash., contempt/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $643 bond.

Pamela Z. Jones - 24, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, $347 bond.

Antoinette J. Kennedy III - 38, Spirit Lake; contempt/malicious injury to property, driving while suspended, $743 bond.

Cynthia A. Lucas - 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/reckless driving, $90 bond.

Raymundo Martinez - 32, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, driving under the influence, $1,113 bond.

Nick J. Pnakovich - 18, Spokane, contempt/minor in possession of alcohol, $153 bond.

Lorie A. Suko - 24, Deborgia, Mont., contempt/no driver’s license, $100 bond.

Jeremy M. Young - 18, Rathdrum, contempt/driving while suspended, $288 bond.
