Dear Heloise: One evening, scramble some eggs.
Set out a dozen flour tortillas, each with a slice of cheese. Scoop some scrambled eggs evenly down the center of each tortilla. Roll each one and individually wrap in plastic wrap and freeze. When you need to “get out quick,” pop one in the microwave for 90 seconds. - Beth Bloskey, Rochester, N.H.
Yummy! Breakfast tacos on the run. After freezing, store them in a plastic self-sealing freezer storage bag and they’ll keep in the freezer until you run out. - Heloise xxxx
