Robbery Suspect Believed In Spokane

Federal authorities believe a man suspected of robbing two Kennewick banks is living in Spokane.

Craig R. Shepard, 30, is wanted on two federal warrants charging him with armed robbery.

FBI agents say Shepard stole cash from two bank branches in 1995 after telling employees he had an explosive device in a bag he was carrying.

Shepard is 5 feet 10 and 165 pounds. He has reddish-blond hair and blue eyes. He is known to drive a 1994 Dodge pickup.
