Couple File Suit Against Silverwood

A couple filed a lawsuit Monday against Silverwood Theme Park, alleging negligence caused a 1995 injury.

The couple is seeking unspecified damages, claiming Debby Lee was injured while riding an unidentified ride at Silverwood on Aug. 6, 1995.

Lee suffered a physical disability, lost wages and job-related benefits and a diminished earning capacity among other things, the four-page complaint alleges.

Lee could not be reached for comment.

Attorney Jeffrey Child, who is representing the Lees , did not return a message left at his office.
