Store To Host ‘Vision Wall’ For County

From Staff And Wire Reports

Area residents can shop for dinner and help plan Spokane County’s future in one stop this week.

Three Tidyman’s Warehouse Foods stores will host the “Vision Wall” to gather input on what residents want unincorporated areas of the county to look like in 20 years.

Residents write their vision of the county’s future on the wall. The comments will be forwarded to citizen-based groups helping draft a new comprehensive plan.

Long-range planners will be on hand to take comments and answer questions on growth in the county.

The wall will be at Argonne Tidyman’s today; Latah Creek Tidyman’s on Thursday and Cedar Street (Five Mile) Tidyman’s on Friday.
