Liquor Licenses

Scab Rock Garden Inc. has been approved for a license to sell wine and bottled beer for on premises consumption in conjunction with food sales and for off-premises consumption at Scab Rock Garden, 1611 S. Geiger Blvd.

A 10-day suspension of liquor-license privileges for Derek H. Furston ended Aug. 13. The licensee, or an employee, was accused of allowing a person apparently under the influence of liquor to consume liquor on the licensed premises at Chili-D’s, 152 S. Browne.
