Sex Offender May Be Living On Streets

A dangerous sex offender has been released from prison and is believed to be living on the streets of Spokane, police said.

James Wesley Twiggs, 39, was convicted of molesting a 12-year-old boy in 1995, and indecent liberties with a 10-year-old boy in 1981.

He has a pattern of establishing predatory relationships with children, sometimes giving them alcohol, authorities said.

Under his release conditions, Twiggs is to have no contact with children and must avoid places where children congregate.

He is 5 feet 10 inches tall, 163 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes. He has tattoos of a spider on his ankle and a tiger on his upper left arm. , DataTimes ILLUSTRATION: Photo
