Sandpoint Opens Season With Victory

Sandpoint High’s boys basketball team made coach Tyler Haynes’ debut successful Tuesday.

The Bulldogs rallied from a third-quarter deficit to top visiting Bonners Ferry 64-51 at Bulldogs Gym.

Stefon Kleinert led Sandpoint with 20 points and 11 rebounds. Steve Merrill led the Badgers with 13.
