Kootenai County Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Robert A. Baker 58, Spokane, non-sufficient funds checks (two counts), $5,000 bond.

Dessa D. Garl 19, Wallace, burglary, $2,500 bond.

Bobby D. Hughes 36, Spokane, burglary (three counts), grand theft (three counts), $10,000 bond.

Keith E. Lafountain 20, Sandpoint, burglary, failure to appear/possession with intent to deliver/manufacture, $20,000 bond.

Elise M. Maland 23, Spokane, non-sufficient funds checks, $5,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Ryan D. Bakker 23, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving while suspended, $322 bond.

David P. Briscoe 24, Spirit Lake, contempt/invalid driver’s license, failure to appear/inattentive driving, $620 bond.

Keith J. Butler 34, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/possession of paraphernalia, $201 bond.

Zachariah H. Nichols 20, Post Falls, contempt/petty theft, possession of a controlled substance, failure to appear/petty theft, $647 bond, nine days in jail.

Clinton J. Olson 24, Wenatchee, Wash., contempt/inattentive driving, no driver’s license, $507 bond.

Eric D. Payne 24, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/possession of a controlled substance, possession of paraphernalia, invalid driver’s license, $303 bond.

Harry J. Peasha 33, Post Falls, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $353 bond.

Paul M. Peterson 26, Kellogg, contempt and failure to appear/driving while suspended, possession of mutilated driver’s license, $393 bond, two days in jail.
