Routh-Corker Reaches Milestone

Miranda Routh-Corker became the sixth girls player in St. George’s history to score 1,000 career points when the Dragons defeated visiting Cusick 74-23 in a Panorama League game Saturday.
Routh-Corker, a senior, scored 22 on 7-for-14 shooting from the field and 8-for-13 shooting from the free-throw line.
Kari Hutchinson, Chrissy Peterson, Briettney Davis, Michelle Shea and Genny Mann, in that order, are the school’s all-time scorers.
Wenchi Liu and Samantha Clarke had nine assists apiece for the Dragons (4-1, 1-0), who had 25 steals. The Panthers are 1-2, 1-1.
