Stanley Rheiner Pullman
Memorial service for Stanley P. Rheiner, 79, will be at 9:30 a.m. Saturday at Trinity Lutheran Church in Pullman. Kimball Funeral Home in Pullman is in charge of the arrangements.
Mr. Rheiner, who was born in San Antonio, Texas, died Tuesday.
He graduated from Thomas Jefferson High School in San Antonio and then from Iowa State University with a degree in forestry.
In 1940 he married Thelma Ford in San Antonio. They moved to Pullman in 1942.
He served in the Navy during World War II in the Philippines.
Mr. Rheiner worked as the director of the YMCA in Pullman for 33 years. He later worked with handicapped students at Washington State University.
He was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Pullman and helped organize the Citizens for a Diverse Campus at WSU.
Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Cherle Poulson of Moscow, Idaho; a son, Greg Rheiner of Albion, Idaho; and two grandsons.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Stan Rheiner Endowment Fund at the Pullman YMCA.
Pamela Larsen Kennewick
Visitation for Pamela Joan Larsen, 53, will be from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. today at Muellers Tri-Cities Funeral Home in Kennewick. Service will follow at 1 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Desert Lawn Memorial Park in Kennewick.
Mrs. Larsen, who was born in Spokane, died Tuesday.
She graduated in 1963 from West Valley High School.
In 1967 she married Warren Larsen. They moved to Kennewick in 1982.
Mrs. Larsen worked as a school cook at Sunset View Elementary School in Kennewick for 10 years.
She was a member of the Tri-City Americans and the Holy Spirit Episcopal Church in Kennewick.
Survivors include her husband; a son, Michael Larsen and a daughter, Susan, both of Kennewick; and her parents, Elmer and Clementine Kist of Spokane.
Lynn ‘Mrs. It’ Woods Spokane
Service for Lynn E. “Mrs. It” Woods, 67, will be at 7 p.m. today at Hennessey-Smith Funeral Home. Private inurnment will be at Pines Cemetery.
Born in Youngstown, Alberta, Mrs. Woods died Wednesday.
She was a homemaker and had lived in Spokane for 40 years. She was a member of the Eagles Lodge and was a retired member of the meatcutters union.
She is survived by two sons, Del Skobalski of Spokane and Reece Stangland of Courtney, British Columbia; two daughters, Darlene Gloer of Innisfail, Alberta, and Renee Salib of Spokane; a brother, Walter Bell of Yuma, Ariz.; 12 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.

Joan (LaMunyon) Olendorf Seattle
Memorial service for Joan (LaMunyon) Olendorf, 39, was Nov. 28 in Seattle.
Mrs. Olendorf, who was born in Boise, died Nov. 25 from a heart attack due to stress of renal failure.
She graduated from North Central High School and Pacific Lutheran University.
Mrs. Olendorf served in the Peace Corps for about a year and then moved back to Spokane.
She worked as a computer programmer and moved to Seattle 14 years ago.
Survivors include her husband, Brian; a daughter, Kevyn-Renee Olendorf of Seattle; her mother, Shirley LaMunyon Clark of Silverton, Ore.; and two brothers, Jim LaMunyon of Spokane and John LaMunyon of Ephrata, Wash.
Stella McCullough Millwood
Memorial service for Stella E. McCullough, 84, will be at 3:30 p.m. Sunday at the Millwood Community Presbyterian Church. Thornhill Valley Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. McCullough, a 54-year resident of Millwood, died Wednesday.
She was born in Missoula and was a homemaker.
Mrs. McCullough was a member of the Valley Hospital Auxiliary, the Lilies of the Valley Garden Club and the Early Ford V8 Club.
Survivors include her husband of 59 years, William; a son, Jerry McCullough of Spokane; a daughter, Colby Stanley of Fort Worth, Texas; five grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Gloria Tschache Spokane
Memorial service for Gloria Jean Tschache, 49, will be at 2 p.m. Sunday at Hazen and Jaeger Funeral Home.
Mrs. Tschache, who died Wednesday, was born in Anacortes, Wash.
She was a 42-year resident of Spokane and was a homemaker.
Survivors include two sons, Anthony and Develle Tschache, both of Spokane; her parents, Milton and Ethel Tschache of Federal Way, Wash.; and a granddaughter.
Berle ‘Swede’ Erickson Spokane
Private memorial service for Berle E. ‘Swede’ Erickson, 67, was Friday. Private burial was at Peone Prairie Cemetery.
Mr. Erickson, a lifetime Spokane resident, died Wednesday.
He graduated from Mead High School and worked for Tosco Corporation for 44 years.
Survivors include his wife of 49 years, Dolores; a daughter, Brenda Nichols of Spokane; two sisters, Lillie Koeppel and Violet Avery, both of Spokane, and a granddaughter.
Ida Jensen Spokane
Visitation for Ida May Jensen, 86, will be from noon to 5 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at Thornhill Valley Funeral Home and from 10 to 10:45 a.m. Monday at the Foothills Building of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Service will follow at 11 a.m. at the chapel. Burial will be at Pines Cemetery.
Mrs. Jensen, who was born in Aetna, Alberta, died Thursday.
In 1928 she married Melvin Jensen in Cardston, Alberta. They moved to Spokane in 1948.
Mrs. Jensen was a homemaker. She was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints Spokane 15th Ward and Cross Trailer Square Dance Club.
She is survived by her husband; three sons, Gordon Jensen of Missoula and Enoch and John Jensen, both of Spokane; a daughter, Judith Degenstein of Newman Lake; a brother, Valmer Bates of Cardston; 17 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.
Gertrude Poole Spokane
Visitation for Gertrude Beatrice Poole, 87, will be from noon to 5 p.m. today and from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Sunday at Hazen and Jaeger Funeral Home. Service is planned for 10 a.m. Monday at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Riverside Memorial Park.
Mrs. Poole, a 67-year Spokane resident, died Tuesday.
She was born in Gas City, Kan., and worked as a gift wrapper in a department store.
She is survived by a daughter, Donna Poole of California; two brothers, Oren and Elmer McDaniel, both of Spokane; two sisters, Georgia Jeremiah and Alice Everts, both of Spokane; and three grandchildren.
Jerry Eyraud Cheney
Funeral Mass for Jerry L. Eyraud, 48, will be at 10 a.m. today at Saint Ann’s Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Spokane Memorial Gardens. Cheney Funeral Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Eyraud, who was born in Fresno, Calif., died Wednesday.
He graduated from San Pedro (Calif.) High School and served in the Navy during the Vietnam War.
Mr. Eyraud graduated in 1976 summa cum laude from California State University.
He was president and owner of Paul E. Eyraud Co. in Cheney.
Mr. Eyraud was a member of Phi Beta Kappa fraternity, served as president of the Cheney Chamber of Commerce and was a member of the Cheney Rotary and Kiwanis Clubs.
Survivors include his wife of 29 years, Maribeth; two daughters, Michelle Mendez and Jennifer Skipper, both of Spokane; two brothers, Larry Eyraud of Phoenix and Terry Eyraud of Wilmington, Calif.; a sister, Sherrie Taylor of Hallsville, Texas; and two grandchildren.

Gustav ‘Gus’ Tietz Harvard, Idaho
Service for Gustav W. ‘Gus’ Tietz, 81, will be at 9:30 a.m. today at Grace Lutheran Church in Potlatch, Idaho. Burial will follow at the Freeze Cemetery north of Potlatch. Kramer Funeral Home in Palouse, Wash., is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Tietz, who was born near Gillett, Wis., died Sunday.
He moved with his family to Glaslyn, Saskatchewan, in 1926 and then returned to the United States in 1937.
In 1940, Mr. Tietz settled in the Potlatch area, where he worked for local farmers.
He served in the Army during World War II in England and northern France.
After the war he returned to Idaho and made his home near Harvard, where he farmed. In 1960, he started working as a laborer for a local construction company. He worked on projects on the University of Idaho and Washington State University campuses. He retired in the early 1980s.
Mr. Tietz was a member of the Potlatch Veterans of Foreign Wars Post 10300, the American Legion and Grace Lutheran Church in Potlatch.
Survivors include a brother, Art Tietz of Potlatch; and four sisters, Anna Taylor and Bertha Dailey, both of Garfield, Wash., Margaretta Emerson of Palouse and Esther Nowack of Potlatch.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Grace Lutheran Church or to the Potlatch Fire Department.
Theodore Woltjer Tacoma
No service will be held for Theodore C. Woltjer, 75, at this time. Lynn Funeral Home in Tacoma is in charge of arrangements.
Mr. Woltjer, who was born in Holland, died Tuesday.
He retired from the Army in 1962 and moved to Spokane.
Mr. Woltjer taught at Riverside High School for about twenty years and at Whitworth College in Spokane for a few years.
He was also active as a landscape architect for many years.
Mr. Woltjer moved to Silverdale, Wash., in the late 1980s and to Tacoma two weeks ago.
He is survived by his wife of 47 years, Marielouise; a daughter, Margaret Wuersten; two sons, Richard and John Woltjer; two brothers, John and Jim; two sisters, Trace and Kathy; and two grandchildren.

Sylvia Kane Greenacres
Memorial service for Sylvia M. Kane, 89, is set for 2 p.m. Monday at St. John Vianney Catholic Church. The Cremation Society of Washington is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Kane, who was born in Tomah, Wis., died Monday.
She moved to Spokane in 1938 and worked for Hyslop and Son as a secretary and bookkeeper until going to work at the Cathedral of Our Lady of Lourdes as a secretary and bookkeeper. She retired in 1974.
Mrs. Kane was a member of St. John Vianney Catholic Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Mary Prudente of Spokane; a son, Robert Tart of Scottsdale, Ariz.; four grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.

Ruth Sims Graham, Wash.
Graveside service for Ruth L. Sims, 84, is planned for 10 a.m. Monday at Riverside Memorial Park. Riplinger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Sims, who was born in Spokane, died Wednesday.
She graduated in 1930 from North Central High School and was a homemaker.
Mrs. Sims moved to Graham 10 years ago.
Survivors include three daughters, Carol Baker of Graham, Betty Vann of Fayetteville, N.C., and Colleen Jordan of Ocala, Fla.; three sons, Jerry, Jack and Pete Sims, all of Spokane; and numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Theodore Fischer Spokane
Private family service was held for Theodore F. Fischer, 73. Private inurnment was at Pines Cemetery.
Mr. Fischer, who was born in Beulah, N.D., died Monday.
He served in the Army during World War II in the European Theater.
In 1947 he moved to Spokane from North Dakota.
Mr. Fischer worked for various contractors in the Spokane area as a rock driller. He retired in 1986.
He is survived by a daughter, Shirley Coyle of Spokane; a sister, Tillie Funk of Spokane; and a brother, Ruben Fischer of Pullman.
Martha Hubbard Spokane
No service will be held for Martha C. Hubbard, 102, at her request. Private inurnment was held at Riverside Memorial Park.
Mrs. Hubbard, who was born in Butte, Mont., died Wednesday.
She moved to Spokane in 1915 and graduated in 1918 from Cheney Normal School.
Mrs. Hubbard worked as a teacher and taught school most of her life, at Kinman Business School, Fairchild Air Force Base and Progress Elementary School.
Her husband, Clarence Hubbard, preceded her in death.
She is survived by numerous cousins including Myrtle Woldson and Lee Milot, both of California.
