Messiah Lutheran Church was the setting for the Sept. 20 wedding of Amber Dawn Hall and Jeffrey Carl Cassell.

The bride is the daughter of James Hall, Spokane, and Dianne Freepons, Sandpoint. The bridegroom is the son of Bud Cassell, Kansas City, Mo., and Georgia Cassell, Airway Heights.

A reception was at the Inland Northwest Wildlife Council. The couple are living in Spokane after a honeymoon in Ocean Shores, Wash.
