Rick W. Phillips has applied for a license to sell beer by bottle or package for off-premises use at R J’s Fresh Market, 16th and Pine, Colbert.

Porntip and Alvin Teel, have applied for a restaurant or dining place license to have beer and wine on the premises of Riverview Thai Restaurant, 621 W. Mallon, Suite 311, Spokane.

Bayou Brewing Limited Liability Co. has been approved for an add or change to their license to sell spirits, beer and wine by the open bottle or original container for on-premises consumption and other approved location other than the licensed premises of Bayor Brewing Limited Liability Co., 1003 E. Trent, Spokane.
