Cathi D. Gross became the bride of Shawn P. Phelps in an Aug. 2 ceremony in Las Vegas.

The bride is the daughter of Pete and Judy Gross, Spokane. El and Betty Phelps, Edmonds, Wash., are the parents of the groom.

A reception at the Elks Lodge in Lynnwood, Wash., followed the ceremony. The couple are living in Seattle after a honeymoon in Las Vegas.
