Area Students Complete Itt Programs
ITT Technical Institute of Spokane recently graduated several area students.
Those completing an electronics engineering technology program were: James Pease, Brent Michelsen, Curtis Calhoun and Darien Boedcher, all of Spokane; and Garrison Glenn, Medical Lake.
Those completing a computer-aided drafting program were: Randy Morrison, Dan McKinley, Chad Kilmer, Gordon Carter and William Holder, all of Spokane; and Bradley Hogeweide, Otis Orchards.
Ashlee Daub, Spokane, was named to the dean’s honor list for spring semester at California Lutheran University in Thousand Oaks.
Diane Medina, Spokane, a single parent with four children, was named Woman in Transition and received a $500 scholarship from Gamma Epsilon Chapter of Epsilon Sigma Alpha sorority. Medina expects to graduate next June from Spokane Community College and then attend a four-year college for a degree in accounting. She hopes to earn a CPA certificate.
Aaron Espadron-Coker, a 1993 graduate of Lewis and Clark High School, graduated last spring from Willamette University, in Salem, Ore., with a BS degree in biology.
Espadron-Coker received the Senior Blanket & Lifetime Athletic Pass and the Multicultural Achievement Scholarship.
He is the son of Edward Coker Jr. and Denise Jalovi, both of Spokane.
Jessica Filo, a 1997 graduate from Lewis and Clark High School, has received the United Lutheran Society Scholarship for academic excellence.
Filo is studying archaeology at Whitworth College.
She is the daughter of Robert and Barbara Filo, Spokane.
Correction Gonzaga University students on last spring’s President’s List included in the Dec. 23 Achievements column must maintain a grade-point average of at least 3.7. The gpa was listed incorrectly in that column.
