Opportunity: Interstate 90 on the north, 16th Avenue on the south, Argonne Road on the west and Evergreen Road on the east.

Evergreen: 8 square miles.

Opportunity: 6 square miles.

Population

Evergreen: 15,000 people.

Opportunity: 19,000 people.
