Eleanor (Kraft) Jonassen Spokane
Graveside service for Eleanor L. (Kraft) Jonassen will be at 11 a.m. Monday at Greenwood Memorial Terrace. Riplinger Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Jonassen, who died Thursday, was born in Detroit Lakes, Minn., and had lived in Spokane for 38 years.
She was a homemaker and was a member of Hope Lutheran Church in Greenacres.
Her husband of 52 years, John Jonassen, died in 1986.
She is survived by a son, Earl Jonassen of Cashmere, Wash.; three daughters, Orzetta Hargrove of Chattaroy, Edith Goldschmitz of Spokane and Jean Brandon of Mead; a brother, Charles Kraft of McIntosh, Minn.; two sisters, Olga Rudie of Finley, Minn., and Esther Brendingen of Detroit Lakes; 11 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.
Beatrice Johnson Lafayette, Ind.
No service is planned for Beatrice L. Johnson, a former Spokane resident. Soller Baker Funeral Homes in Lafayette is in charge of arrangements.
Mrs. Johnson, who died Thursday, was 80.
She was born in Fort Benton, Mont.
She graduated from business college in Spokane and worked as an office manager for Hussmann Northwest Inc. for about 20 years. She retired in 1981.
She moved to Indiana three years ago.
She was a member of Country Homes Christian Church in Spokane.
Mrs. Johnson is survived by two daughters, Patty Coolbaugh of West Lafayette, Ind., and Arlene Ellis of Spokane; a son, Bob Johnson of Spokane; and seven grandchildren.
