Outstanding Warrants

Shoshone County has a backlog of more than 800 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Kevin P. Kuttner 26, Spokane, fishing without a license, $300 bond.

Richard A. Kuykendall 22, Kellogg, frequenting a place where narcotics are used/sold, driving under the influence, leaving the scene of an accident, possession of paraphernalia, $1,566 bond.

Steven K. Kuykendall 21, Richland, driving without privileges, $500 bond.

Mark A. Labarre 37, Mullan, non-sufficient funds checks, $100 bond.

David C. Ladd 37, Helena, no registration, $45 bond.

Alison K. Laffoon 27, Spokane, failure to serve jail time, driving without privileges, $564 bond.

James C. Lake 71, Kingston, failure to keep in contact with attorney, failure to appear/ pretrial, $500 bond.

Richard V. Lambert 44, Kellogg, driving under the influence, $67 bond.

Randy D. Lancaster 50, Kellogg, domestic battery, $51 bond.

Terry E. Langdon 32, Kellogg, fictitious display, failure to purchase driver’s license, $151 bond.

Robert T. Larrabee 53, Kellogg, driving under the influence (two counts), failure to have liability insurance, driving without privileges, $1,340.

Melvin R. Laster 24, Longview, Wash., petty theft, driving while suspended, $281 bond.

Scott M. Law 25, Kuna, Idaho, taking big game during closed season, $200 bond.
