Women’s basketball

Leticia Oseguera had 16 points and 12 rebounds to carry UC Irvine past Idaho 65-62 in a Big West Conference women’s basketball game in Irvine, Calif., on Sunday.

Alli Nieman paced Idaho with 25 points and 12 rebounds.

The Anteaters (10-9, 5-3) outrebounded the Vandals (9-10, 4-3) 44-29. Idaho finished just 3 of 14 from 3-point range.
