Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. If you have any information, contact the sheriff’s department at (208) 664-1511.

Felonies

Wendy S. Pendleton 27, Spokane, parole violation/forgery, $5,000 bond.

Rebecca K. Stafford 41, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/grand theft, $10,000.

Scott K. Valentine 24, Post Falls, failure to appear/aggravated assault, $5,000.

Brenton L. Walker 35, Post Falls, failure to appear/non-sufficient funds checks (three counts) and domestic battery, failure to appear/domestic battery, $26,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Kelly R. Booth 25, Post Falls, contempt/ petty theft, $100 bond.

John K. Bowman 36, Post Falls, contempt/ resisting arrest, invalid driver’s license, failure to appear/jail time, $501 bond, five days in jail.

Robert J. Campbell 22, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/minor in possession of alcohol, $123 bond.

Kenneth D. Hays 36, Spokane, contempt/ driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $425 bond.

James A. Ish 32, Colburn, Idaho, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $253 bond.

John E. Koval 24, Spokane, contempt/ obstructing, $201 bond.

Russell J. McArthur 28, Hayden, contempt/possession of paraphernalia, $199 bond.

Michael l. McClement 34, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, battery, $1,041.

Billy R. Nelson 24, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $152 bond.

Joseph A. Romantic 29, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/possessing/transport wildlife, $25 bond.
