Murray Out Again
Professional rodeo star Ty Murray, who was attempting to win a record seventh world all-around title, appears to have been derailed with a major injury for the third consecutive year.
While competing in a bull riding event Saturday in St. Louis, Murray, 27, dislocated his right shoulder when he hit the ground after being thrown off a bull.
He is scheduled to undergo surgery early next month and is expected be sidelined for at least six months, said Tandy Freeman, Murray’s physician.
