Air Pollution Reports

A total of 13 air quality complaints were reported to the Spokane County Air Pollution Control Authority between February 10 and February 14.

The most common complaint, smoke/odors from a solid fuel burning device, such as a wood stove or fireplace, was reported seven times.

Feb. 10

Smoke/odors from a solid fuel burning device were reported at 2423 S. Manito Blvd. at 11:05 a.m.

Dust from parking lot was reported at Yoke’s on Indian Trail Road at 1 p.m.

Smoke/odors from a solid fuel burning device were reported at 2127 E. Heroy at 4:28 p.m.

Feb. 11

Smoke/odors from a solid fuel burning device were reported at 1406 E. Rockwood Blvd. at 8:55 a.m.

Odors were reported at 3400 E. Rich at 10:05 a.m.

Spray painting/odors were reported at 6503 E. 8th at 4:20 p.m.

Smoke/odors from a solid fuel burning device were reported at 4008 E. Pacific at 5 p.m.

Feb. 12

Open fire were reported north of Midway School at 3 p.m.

Feb. 13

Smoke/odors from a solid fuel burning device were reported at 2525 E. Everett at 8:43 a.m.

Feb. 14

Smoke/odors from a solid fuel burning device were reported at 2127 E. Heroy at 6 p.m.

Smoke/odors from a solid fuel burning device were reported at 3517 W. 6th at 8 a.m.

Visible emissions were reported at 2700 N. Division at 4:20 p.m.

Visible emissions were reported at Barker and Euclid at 5:49 p.m.
