Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Taylor F. Abraham - 34, Coeur d’Alene, parole violation/felony driving under the influence, $5,000 bond.

James E. Meyer - 52, Cataldo, left scene of injury accident, $5,000 bond.

Larry G. Taylor - 36, Chattaroy, parole violation/non-sufficient funds check fraud, $5,000 bond.

Julie A. Weigel - 34, Cheney, non-sufficient funds checks (two counts), $3,000 bond.

Misdemeanors

Christopher R. Bailey - 21, Otis Orchards, contempt/driving under the influence, invalid driver’s license, $207 bond.

Andrew J. Barral - 37, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $290 bond.

Anthony P. Burns III - 24, Rathdrum, contempt/fail to stop at check station, $153 bond.

Roger L. Carney - 42, Hayden, contempt/ failure to pay child support, no bond, 30 days in jail.

Brian K. Davis - 27, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ suspended driver’s license, possession of suspended driver’s license, $2,000 bond.

Douglas R. Deeds - 34, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/inattentive driving, driving while suspended, $251 bond.

Matthew S. McCollum - 20, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/leave scene of accident, $1,020 bond.

David G. Mills - 27, Hayden, contempt/fishing without a license, $87 bond.

Dennis D. Missamore - 55, Post Falls, contempt/driving under the influence (second offense), $622 bond.

Frank L. Mokry Jr. - 23, Plummer, contempt/ petty theft, $686 bond.

Gina M. Mulvihill - 22, Hayden, contempt/ hunt or fish without a license, $70 bond.

Traci A. Phillips - 36, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/expired driver’s license, failure to appear/petty theft, $$5,062.

Ronald E. Rubio - 54, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $366 bond.

Carrie R. Schaffer - 28, Hayden, contempt/ invalid driver’s license, $52 bond.

Jayson T. Turner - 18, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $205 bond.
