The National League said it will review General Motors Corp.’s complaint that Marge Schott may have been unfair with the automaker regarding sales at a Chevrolet dealership she owns.

League officials have not seen GM’s complaint, but will review it and Schott’s response before deciding what, if any, action baseball should take, said Katy Feeney, the N.L.’s senior vice president.

Feeney declined to say what penalties might be invoked.
