Stefanie Powers (one of the Harts in “Hart to Hart”) has signed to be the prime-time host on Romance Classics, introducing films on the new 24-hour entertainment service devoted to, well, romance. It’s part of the Rainbow Programming Holdings Inc. family, which also includes Bravo and American Movie Classics.
