10 a.m., House Hearing Room D, John L. O’Brien Building, House Energy and Utilities Committee public hearing on ice storm damage and the resulting power outages.

10 a.m, House Hearing Room A, John L. O’Brien Building, House Law and Justice Committee hearing on HB 1068, prohibiting possession and consumption of liquor in the Legislature, and John L. O’Brien and John A. Cherberg buildings on the Capitol campus.
