Italy, Yugoslavia In Finals

Carlton Myers scored 19 points, including two free throws in the final 12 seconds, to lead Italy to a 67-65 victory over Russia in the semifinals of the European Basketball Championship.

In today’s final, Italy will face defending European champion Yugoslavia, a 88-80 winner over Greece.
