Wallace Students Honored For Outstanding Performances

Wallace High School recently held its annual ceremony recognizing students with awards and scholarships. Recipients include:

Brenda Ludwick Kingsbury Award, Morris George and Jack Foster Scholarship, Washington Water Power Mind Power Award, University of Idaho Charles Foreman Award, and the Scholastic Team Award; Libby Widman, Kingsbury Award and the UI Charles Foreman Award; Heather Pond Health Occupations Award (C.N.A. certificate); Alisha Dry, Health Occupations Award (C.N.A. certificate); Sarah Bray, Florence and Edwin Hall Award, Business Professionals of America Business and Office Procedures Completer Award, UI Charles Foreman Award, and the School to Work Recognition Award; and Krista Kinsey, Alda-Tank Zygett Scholarship, Presidential Academic Fitness Award, UI Hecla-Bunker Hill Award, UI Charles Foreman Award, Business Professionals of America Scholarship, and the Florence and Edwin Hall Award.

Shiloh Tesch, Florence and Edwin Hall Award and the UI Charles Foreman Award; Chris Wilburn, Private Industry Council Scholarship (carpentry); Ernest Ouellet, Private Industry Council Scholarship (culinary arts); Nicholas Sleezer, Private Industry Council Scholarship (automotive technology) and School to Work Recognition Award; William Stokes, Private Industry Council Scholarship (computer technology); and Kristina Seals, P.E.O. Award, Scholastic Team Award, and the Alda-Tank Zygett Scholarship.

Craig Miller, High Score on Idaho Writing Assessment, Air Force Math and Science Awards (math), Outstanding Test achievement Recognition Award (TAP for grade 11), Idaho Knowledge Masters, Scholastic Team Award, Bausch-Lomb Science Award, and the Marine Corps Award (scholastic); Jon Clark, Idaho Knowledge Masters, Air Force Math and Science Award (science), and the Outstanding Test Achievement Recognition Award (TAP grade 11); Meghan England, Marine Corps Award (athletic); and April Maupin, Marine Corps Award (music), Business Professionals competition winner, North Idaho College Articulation (one or more courses for WHC and NIC credit), and the Outstanding Test Achievement Recognition (TAP grade 11).
