Kootenai County Outstanding Warrants

Kootenai County has a backlog of 4,000 outstanding arrest warrants. Officials are asking the public for any information about the following people, who are identified by name, age, last known city of residence, the charge and the bond amount on the warrant. Felonies

Billy J. Bowen - 50, Post Falls, lewd conduct, $10,000 bond.

Richard J. Gillaspy - 32, Coeur d’Alene, forgery, $10,000 bond.

Steven R. Perry - 37, Post Falls, failure to appear/trafficking in methamphetamines, $500,000 bond.

Patrick J. Potter - 38, Spirit Lake, delivery of methamphetamine, $50,000 bond.

Charles T. Worthy - 39, Osburn, failure to appear, nonsufficient funds checks, $2,500 bond.

Misdemeanors

Reno A. Antonsen - 26, Post Falls, contempt/ no driver’s license, $125 bond.

Richard K. Blackstone - 40, Plummer, contempt/driving under the influence, driving while suspended, $669 bond.

Cheri R. Brown - 41, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ driving under the influence, $426 bond.

Alan E. Cochran - 38, Athol, contempt/invalid driver’s license, driving while suspended, $272 bond.

Steven C. Eseke - 25, Spokane, contempt/ possession of paraphernalia, $203 bond.

Robert P. Fowler - 36, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/no driver’s license, $201 bond.

Jeanette L. Gohl - 19, Wallace, contempt/ procuring liquor/minors, $105 bond.

Christine E. Haffenger - 46, Hayden, contempt/inattentive driving, battery, $632 bond..

Christopher M. Huckaby - 24, Post Falls, contempt/domestic battery, $153 bond.

Darrin D. Johnson - 29, Athol, contempt/ driving while suspended, $234 bond.

Paula A. Johnson - 35, Post Falls, contempt/ reckless driving, $54 bond.

Tami J. Napier - 34, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/ driving while suspended, $218 bond.

Kenneth R. Phillips - 31, Post Falls, contempt/driving under the influence, $278 bond.

Michael S. Rinks - 36, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/driving under the influence, $103 bond.

Timothy B. Rusk - 30, Coeur d’Alene, contempt/invalid driver’s license, $200 bond.
