St. Peter Forming Discussion Group

Nina Culver Correspondent

A new summer discussion group is starting at St. Peter Lutheran Church, 4620 N. Regal. The group will meet each Tuesday at 7 p.m.

Group members will be studying the book “Listening for God,” an anthology of excerpts from contemporary authors such as Flannery O’Connor and Garrison Keillor. A different topic will be covered each week and people are welcome to attend as many or as few discussions as they are able.

Those who want to participate in the group are asked to call the church in advance so additional copies of the book can be ordered. Each book is $11. For more information on the discussion group, call the church office at 487-4843.

St. Peter has also recently started offering an informal worship service each Wednesday at 7:30 p.m.
