Pippen May Be Dealt
Bulls chairman Jerry Reinsdorf, acknowledging the team’s willingness to listen to trade offers for Scottie Pippen, all but opened the door for NBA teams to begin discussions with the Bulls.
And with the NBA draft set for June 25 in Charlotte, N.C., the next few days could be busy for general manager Jerry Krause.
The teams most interested in Pippen are the Philadelphia 76ers, the Denver Nuggets, the Golden State Warriors and the Boston Celtics.
The Sixers are reportedly ready to trade Jerry Stackhouse and the No. 2 pick for a package involving Pippen.
Boston would part with Dino Radja - a buddy of Toni Kukoc’s - and the No. 3 pick or No. 6 pick.
