Events Planned For Single Catholics

Single adults looking for summertime activities are encouraged to join the Spokane Catholic Young Adults, a multiparish social, spiritual and service group for single Catholics ages 18-39.

It offers weekly faith and sharing groups, and summer events, such as a boat cruise, picnics and barbecues, are planned.

Church schedules carnival

The Coeur d’Alene Church of the Nazarene, 4105 N. Honeysuckle Drive, will host a carnival today from 1 to 4 p.m.

A bouncing castle and dunk tank will be on site, as will face-painting and other booths and food.

The cost is $5 for 25 tickets.
