Free rock climbing demonstrations are scheduled as part of the Outdoor Expo today at Sandpoint City Beach.

The expo, featuring all sorts of outdoor sports, ends today at 5 p.m.

Granite’s Edge Climbing School will use a 8-by-16-foot climbing wall to demonstrate techniques. The wall has numerous routes with a range of difficulty. It’s the only portable wall of its type in the region, said school director Craig Mearns. , DataTimes
