Hints From Heloise

Dear Heloise: Here’s a hint for kids who don’t live near their parents.

For more than 20 years I always kept a pad and pen on the table. I wrote down whatever I was doing that day and anyone who stopped by added a few lines. By the week’s end I always had a long letter from Sunday to Sunday. My mother got a letter once a week letting her know what we had done day by day.

Dear Heloise: A hint for using big rolls of clear tape and keeping the end from sticking back down to the tape and having to pick, pick and pick to find the end again.
