Beyond City Parks

Interest continues to grow in the outdoor trips and activities sponsored by the Spokane Parks and Recreation Department.

Advanced registration is a must, since many of the trips fill weeks before departure. Upcoming activities include a bird-and-boat kayaking trip at Lake Pend Oreille July 12, a women’s-only float on the Little Spokane River July 12, plus camps for teens, bike rides, raft trips and other special events.
