No Decision On Jones

Compiled From Wire Services

U.S. boxer Roy Jones Jr. will have to wait at least another two months to find out whether he will get an Olympic gold medal eight years after he was denied one.

The International Olympic Committee said it needs more time to complete its investigation into the disputed decision that cost Jones the gold medal at the 1988 Seoul Games.

A three-man IOC panel has been investigating the allegations since last year, but apparently has been unable to track down one of the judges involved in the decision.
