Gull Industries, Inc., has applied for a license to beer and wine by bottle or package for off-premises consumption at Exxon Qwik Stop, 924 E. Francis, Spokane.

Anchovie, Inc., has paid a penalty in the amount of $250 to vacate a suspension of liquor license privileges at One Bridge North, 1817 N. Division, Spokane. The licensee, or employee, was charged with allowing persons under the age of 21 to remain on the licensed premises and consume liquor thereon.
