Baltimore Ravens quarterback Vinny Testaverde has agreed to terms of a revised four-year contract worth $19 million, increasing the chance that the 10-year veteran will end his career in Baltimore. The new deal will pay him as much as $8 million over the next two seasons, including a $2.5 million signing bonus.
