Event Will Honor Ballet Teacher

A soup social in honor of Tessa Williams will be held on March 24 at Emmanuel Lutheran Church, 314 S. Spruce.

Williams, currently on the staff of the Sarasota School of Ballet in Florida, directed the Tessa Williams School of Classical Ballet in Spokane for 34 years.

The social will begin at 5 p.m., and Ballet Classique dancers will perform from 5:30 to 6:15 p.m., to be followed by dinner.
