Golota Returning To Garden

Andrew Golota, who threw away two likely victories against Riddick Bowe by getting disqualified for low blows, will fight Ray Mercer in New York’s Madison Square Garden May 16.

It will be Golota’s first Garden appearance since July 11 when he was disqualified for hitting Bowe below the belt, setting off a wild brawl that resulted in several arrests and minor injuries.
